Shipments & Deliveries

TKplus is exclusively aimed at healthcare professionals, dentists, hygienists, stomatologists, doctors, veterinarians and podiatrists in the exercise of their profession.
Our purchase process is as fast as it is simple. This step will only have to be done the first time, after which you can directly access your account. Here's how it works.

1. Register as a user

To register as a customer you just have to click on the user icon in the upper right.
Next, a window will appear where you can opt for quick access by connecting through your Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin Google or Instagram account, or by filling in the form with your email and password.
To register as a company when creating the user account, you can choose to register as a company by adding the information corresponding to the company name.

2. Add the products to the shopping cart

Once registered you can start browsing the web and add the products you want to buy to the shopping cart.
To add products from the category pages you can click on the cart icon, and also from the product page by adding the number of desired units and clicking on the add to cart button. You can browse the categories or web pages, or also use our search engine to find the products you want.

3. Choose the shipping method and make the payment

Once all the products you want to buy have been added to the shopping cart, click on the upper right and click the Make payment button. Confirm your delivery and billing information to see the shipping options. Remember that for purchases in Spain the postage is free from purchases over € 50, and for countries like Portugal, Italy and France from € 120.
Then choose the payment method you prefer. You can choose between a bank card, a paypal account, or a bank transfer.
For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (provinces exempt from VAT), orders will be sent with a fixed rate applied to the invoice: Canary Islands € 100, Ceuta and Melilla € 60. All destination expenses originated by the purchase will be borne by the customer (IGIC, local taxes, etc.).

4. Shipping and delivery of your international order

The delivery time and cost of shipping your order will depend on the destination. For all mainland Spain, transport is free for orders over € 50 and the delivery time is 2 to 3 days.
You can also choose express shipping and receive it within 24 hours. Once we have the order prepared for the transport agency, you will receive the order tracking code on your mobile number so that you know where it is at all times. However, if you have any questions you can call us at +34 960 225 683 and we will tell you where your package is until it is delivered.

Can I modify my registration details?

Yes, of course at any time you can access your user account where you can modify, cancel or update any of the registered data. You can also configure billing addresses and additional shipping addresses.

What can I do if I don't remember my password?

If you do not remember your password you can recover it in the option "Have you forgotten your password?". You can also contact our customer service department on +34 960 225 683 and we will provide you with a new one.

What happens in case of out of stock?

TKplus is not responsible for the partial delivery of an order due to a stock shortage or the temporary unavailability of a product. In this case we will inform you of the possible delivery date.
In the case of special offers of gift or service objects that are not normally marketed, it reserves the right to replace them with other equivalent ones, in case of out of stock. Likewise, it reserves the right to replace it with another of equivalent amount in the case of defects of origin or malfunction.
